How soon will my order ship?

What metals are used?

• Items are made from 14k Gold Filled or Sterling Silver. The metal specifications of each piece can be found in the details section.

What exactly is 14k Gold Filled?

• 14k Gold Filled: 14k Gold filled jewelry is made by adhering a thicker layer of solid gold to a base metal which makes for jewelry that does not tarnish, peel, chip or discolor. If your gold filled jewelry does change color, it’s typically dirt build up and can be cleaned with a damp cloth or the polishing clothes available in the Extras section.

How do I care for my accessories?

• The best way to care for your pieces is to keep them sealed from exposure when not wearing. A great way to do this is to keep them in the small plastic bag they arrive in. Items are shipped with a small tab that will prevent your jewelry from tarnishing when stored together. Precious metals can be tarnished by beauty products, especially sunscreen, so we recommend putting your jewelry on after your products have set. Sterling Silver tends to tarnish more quickly so frequent cleaning and avoiding exposure to chemicals and excess water is recommended. Most items can be cleaned with a simple polishing cloth (available in the Extras section). 

What happens if my accessory breaks?
